Dr. Omobolaji Fati is a dynamic and highly motivated development communication specialist, film producer, writer, motivational speaker and public speaking expert with extensive experience in both non-profit and for-profit management.

With over twenty years of experience, Bolaji has successfully leveraged her expertise in communication, social work, girl-child education, and gender advocacy to drive meaningful change. As a skilled filmmaker, she has produced, written, and directed numerous award-winning documentary films that empower communities and address critical social development issues. Her work has been recognized at prestigious local and international film festivals, solidifying her reputation as a storyteller committed to inspiring transformation through media.

Beyond film, Bolaji is a passionate writer whose thought-provoking works highlight issues of justice, safety, and equality. As a motivational speaker, she engages diverse audiences with insightful discussions on gender-based violence, youth empowerment, and societal development, using her voice to spark change and inspire action.

Bolaji holds a PhD in Development Communication from Babcock University and a Master’s in Marketing and Communication from Pan-Atlantic University. She is an associate member of the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON) and the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR).

Her interests extend beyond her professional work—she loves to inspire young people, teach, travel, cook, read, and write.
